FBO Foundation Collaborative Outre= ach

The WIB will reach out to specific associations a= nd conferences (see below) with a letter requesting a meeting to discuss = the FBO Foundation Collaborative.
Specific members of the Task Force agreed to follow-up with these organizations and meet with them at the time and place best for the organizations.&nbs= p;
At those meetings, the Task Force members will wa= lk the FBOs through the FBO Collaborative, including incentives for participating.

o &nb= sp; Help each association understand what servic= es can be provided through the Collaborative and what the requirements are for providing each services. (The matrices that have been developed will support this process.)

o &nb= sp; Determine what process is needed to reach ou= t to their conferences’ constituencies.

o &nb= sp; Secure MOUs with the appropriate representat= ives from clergy association.

After the meetings with the associations/conferen= ces have concluded, the key parties have been identified and the faith-bas= ed community is familiar with the FBO Collaborative, it may be appropriat= e to reconvene all of the FBOs in a larger meeting at one time.

Task Force members volunteered for the above responsibilities for the following organizations. Note: this list is not inclusive of all organizations and will be expanded with additional recommendations.

· Winslow Township (forming, = Pastor Kevin Scott contact)—Rev. Dobson

· Bethany Bap= tist, Lindenwold/Abundant Harvest—Rev. Evans

· The WIB has already met with Bishop Gallante= of the Catholic Diocese, who endorsed the project.
